Data we collect

This site does not create accounts, send newsletters or host a chat. The only personal data you submit is through the quote form.

When you send it, your email application opens with a prepared message to devis@kosmotg.com. Fields may include name, organisation, email, phone, group size, intended destination and a description of the project.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information only to study your group-travel project and to reply. The legal basis is Kosmo’s legitimate interest in handling a commercial enquiry and, where relevant, taking pre-contractual steps.

Recipients and retention

Messages are read by the Kosmo Travel Groups sales team. They are not sold or passed to advertisers.

They are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted in line with applicable accounting and evidential duties.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or social-network pixels. The language is chosen in the page address, not through a profiling cookie.
